About Joe
Joe is a Registered Nurse, Founding Partner and HONE's Lead Injector. After a Master of Nursing in 2018, he began his career in St Vincent's Intensive Care Unit before moving into cosmetic injectables in 2020, training and working across some of the busiest clinics in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
His belief is simple: results should look like you - never like you've ‘had something done’.
Every consultation starts with listening, then clinical judgement shapes a plan built around your face, delivered with unhurried care.

About Hannah
Hannah is a Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Injector at HONE, with a background in emergency medicine at a busy London trauma centre. She holds an Independent Nurse Prescribing qualification from the UK, where she independently assessed, prescribed for and managed her own aesthetic patients, a level of autonomy few injectors in Australia bring to the room.
Warm and detail-driven, her particular interest is facial balancing: natural, harmonious results that enhance what's already there rather than override it. Book with Hannah if you want a considered, precision-led approach.

About Krissy
Krissy is a Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Injector, and the founder of The Wellness Aesthetic. Her experience spans clinical nursing, cosmetic medicine and wellness across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.
She takes a holistic approach built around each person's needs, with everyone thoroughly consulted and involved in their own plan, and safety and wellbeing always first, within a doctor-led, nurse-initiated model. As the field evolves, she stays current through ongoing local and international training.

Sarah is a Registered Nurse with a background in surgical cosmetic care, supporting pre and post-operative recovery for liposuction and fat grafting patients alongside toxin treatments, PRP, skin needling and laser therapies. Her nursing foundation was built across hospital wards before she moved into aesthetics, giving her a thorough, safety-first approach to every consultation.
She listens closely, works within each patient's individual needs, and prides herself on natural results that preserve facial balance.

Zac founded HONE alongside Joe and leads everything outside the treatment room: operations, experience, suppliers, technology and the standards that hold it together. His background in fitness and personal training shapes how he sees the studio, that how you look, feel and perform aren't separate conversations.
It's a view that drives HONE's longevity side, where his interest in performance, health-span and preventative wellness shapes how these treatments are built. His focus is making an exceptional, considered standard of care feel effortless.

We bring aesthetics, skin care, IV therapy and longevity together in one place, all doctor and nurse-led. Every treatment is prescribed by a doctor, delivered by a registered nurse, and built around you rather than a set menu.

It starts with a consultation. For cosmetic, IV therapy and longevity treatments, you have a telehealth consult with our doctor, who talks through your goals, assesses your suitability and prescribes your treatment. Your nurse then carries it out. We take the time to understand what you want and build the right plan around you.

Yes, always. We believe in the art of subtle: considered, understated work that enhances what is already there rather than overdoing it, so you look rested, natural and like yourself. And if something is not right for you, we will tell you.

It depends on the treatment, and we are clear with you from the start. Some results are immediate, others build over time, and downtime ranges from none to a little. We will walk you through exactly what to expect at your consult.
