Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you, with a practitioner, in a treatment room. When an appointment is missed at short notice, that time cannot be filled and another client cannot be seen.
This policy is designed to be fair in both directions. Please read it before booking.

Every treatment we offer carries some level of risk, and recovery looks different from person to person. This page gives you the general picture. Your practitioner will talk through what applies specifically to you at your consultation, before you book anything.
2. Every Treatment Starts With A Consultation
Every treatment starts with a consultation. This is where we talk through risks, recovery and what to expect, specific to you and the treatment you are considering.
3. General Risks
Most treatments can cause temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity or bruising in the treated area. Less common risks include infection, allergic reaction, or a result that differs from what was expected. Your practitioner will walk you through the risks relevant to your specific treatment during your consultation.
4. Recovery
Some treatments have little to no downtime. Others may involve a period of redness, sensitivity or social downtime. Before you begin, your practitioner will give you a realistic recovery timeline and clear aftercare instructions for your treatment.
5. Results May Vary
What one person experiences is not a guarantee of what you will experience. We only recommend a treatment plan that is right for you, based on a full consultation, not a set menu.
